Like a fine wine Kimbo has only gotten better as a sled dog with age. At nine years old he is the oldest dog in not only the main team but also in the entire kennel. He was the leader when harness breaking both the “Pearl Jam” and “Leatherman” litter puppies and is a go to steady and reliable veteran race leader. Kimbo has finished the Copper Basin and Yukon Quest. He’s now one of the beloved Dark Horse retirees!
